This policy applies to consumer health data that AIMEDIMIND LLC, which operates OnlineCareAI, collects from you, and supplements our Privacy Policy.
What we collect
Information about your health questions and symptoms, wellness and mood check-ins, medications and health documents you add, health metrics you connect from Apple Health or Health Connect, and your location if you turn it on.
Where it comes from
From you, and from the health apps and devices you choose to connect.
Why we collect it
To provide the features you request, such as AI explanations, your wallet, check-ins and notifications; to keep the Services secure; and to comply with the law.
Who receives it
We send information to OpenAI, our AI provider, only after you give permission and only as needed for your request. Our cloud hosting, security and notification providers process information on our behalf to run the Services. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can confirm whether we collect your consumer health data, access it, withdraw your consent, and ask us to delete it. To do so, use the account settings in the app or email support@onlinecareai.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact your state attorney general.
