Quick answers

Before you write

These four come up most often. If yours isn’t here, the form above goes straight to a person.

The app is free to download and the core features — AI conversations, symptom checks, mental-health tools, the pharmacy finder and your health wallet — are free to use with no card required. Clinician consultations and certified documentation are paid, and the full price is shown before you confirm.

Settings → Privacy → Delete my data in the app, or email privacy@onlinecare.com from your account address. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Personal data leaves our live systems within 30 days and backups within 90.

No. The AI provides educational guidance and helps you decide what kind of care makes sense. Diagnosis, prescriptions and treatment stay with licensed professionals — and screening scores from the mental-health tools are indicators, not diagnoses.

OnlineCare is designed to use structured health-safety instructions and reference information rather than treating AI output as medical advice. AI can still be incomplete, outdated or wrong, so important decisions should be confirmed with a qualified professional. It can still be incomplete or inapplicable to your specific situation, so always confirm anything important with a qualified professional.

This form is not for medical questions or emergencies. For health guidance use the app. If you believe you are in danger, call 911 in the US, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Outside the US, contact your local emergency number.

Rather just try it?

Most questions answer themselves after two minutes in the app. It’s free to start and there’s nothing to cancel.
